Step 1


Over the first few weeks, we will spend a few hours working with you, getting to know your business and learn your existing processes. We will consult with you on process improvements, errors, accounting needs and agree upon terms of services.


We will set you up with the most important software which will make up your financial stack. Your choice of accounting software of QuickBooks Online or Xero, along with Hubdoc for file sharing and workflow automation. Additional software may be added later on as part of your financial stack.

Document Management

Hubdoc will automatically extract all check images, bank statements and vendor invoices from their websites. You may also upload receipts and important supporting documents to your Hubdoc account. We'll take it from there.

Month-end Close

We will publish all transactions from Hubdoc to your accounting software, reconcile your bank accounts and all other transactions from your financial stack. Once everything is ready we will send you your monthly financial statements.

Focus on Your Business

Get your financial report and focus on your business. Use the information to grow your revenues and control your expenses. Come tax time we can assist your tax preparer so you don't have to worry.
